Data Analyst

Carried over responsibilities from previous role at Itelya, with added new duties and expanded scope: • Collaborated with cross-functional managers to define and validate 5 sets of input metrics and KPIs for each product to measure product health, team performance. • Developed detailed operational reports using SSRS Report Builder to provide granular data access for end users, supplementing Power BI limitations and ensuring optimal performance. • Applied automate solutions (Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps,...) to reduce other teams’ time-consuming reporting jobs. • Led the end-to-end development of a finance reporting solution by integrating data from multiple types of data sources (Azure SQL, on-premises SQL Server, and Sharepoint). Resulted in reducing unbilled outstanding amounts from €8M in Aug 2024 to €125K by Apr 2025.

Data Analyst

Worked with a Data Engineer to designed Data Warehouse for Reporting purpose. Successfully migrated and modeled five core data marts: Invoice, Booking, Financial Transaction, User Log Activity, Service Desk. • Build and maintained end-to-end ETL architecture for multiple data marts: ensuring data accuracy, efficiency, husband data resource. • Rebuild and centralized all reports with effective visuals, tailored for optimal user experience into a single BI platform (Power BI Service). • Delivered ad-hoc product analysis reports with critical insights to business stakeholders to reduce the duplicated invoices received rate from 12.5% to 5% within 8 weeks. • Self-learned SQL, Python, R, PowerBI via 8 online courses.
