Managed a 4-member team and coordinated with two senior stakeholders to develop a business platform. Teamed with a Client's Customer Service team to unveil customer pain points while interacting with the services platform over a 3-month period and recommended system modifications to the Lead Developer. Translated business questions into use cases and data model requirements with an emphasis on anticipating future ad-hoc needs.

Developed a customer service chatbot project in a 3-month window. Analyzed more than 500+ customer responses to evaluate customers' perceptions of the brand. Collaborated with 2 marketing team members to redesign the company website: leveraged future-focused industry research in UI trends for e- commerce and presented derived findings. Authored business requirements document for a proprietary software application as highlighted by 3 cross-functional teams (Digital Marketing, Accounting, and Customer Service). Configured data on a Huawei 4G Base Station to enable mobile network coverage of 100-500m in an urban area and 1-3KM in the countryside. Equipped with the use and necessity of 3 Key Technologies of ICT (Cloud, IoT, 5G).
