Wildlife Studios | Aug 2021 - May 2023

Data Analyst

My first role at Wildlife was as a Monetization Experiment Analysis, where my objective was to increase the game's revenue. I developed an offer targeting high spenders, which helped increase the ARPU of that cohort by 7%. I also developed a tool that streamlined the offer creation process by automating the offer creation in our system based on information from a Google Sheet. After that I worked with the creatives team. In this position I had to monitor and optimize the performance of our operation. I developed a pipeline for automatically rolling out creatives on TikTok. I also implemented monitoring tools for critical KPIs to better understand our operations, which increased the throughput by 20%. I also optimized some old heuristics business rules. My last role on Wildlife was as a Media Buyer, where I had to monitor and optimize marketing campaigns. There I optimized repetitive daily tasks that helped save about 7h of work per week, developed an ad-hoc tool to optimize the campaigns bids, built a dashboard that helped us monitor a special kind of campaign and developed some alarms to inform the team about important changes in some KPIs.

Data Analyst

In my first project at EloGroup, I worked with a large company from Brazil to analyze their communications data using graph analysis. This analysis provided insights into the company's communication flow and identified employees who presented a risk to it. After that, I worked with a government agency to build a database and create visualizations that provided insights into the performance of individual employees and bottlenecks in their operations. Lastly, I helped build an MVP tool using Excel that allowed managers to review employee performance.
