Global Program Manager

In this role, I directed operations to create a globalized training program for a wide range of products. I strengthened relationships with key stakeholders across several business units. I also defined the target audience for each program, developed curriculum, and drove project progression. ● Spearheaded high-level project to create comprehensive training series for acquisition’s sales staff (over 6K learners) which enabled new team to integrate into Adobe’s workflows. - Earned commendation enabling Adobe global sales ecosystem to integrate new solution sales team in one quarter when average was 18 months. ● Reduced time spent on rostering learners from two weeks to one day by leading initiative to automate rostering process for global training programs.

Upon transitioning to a full-time Program Analyst, I supervised a wide range of tasks to support sales enablement. My main remit was to design experiments showcasing the results and practicality of enablement. During my time with Tredence Analytics, I led three staff who were responsible for identifying potential sellers for a leading heavy equipment auctioneer.
