Junior Audit Assistant

As a member of an international team collaborating with Grant Thornton branches across Europe, my team is conducting audits of the financial statements of the subsidiaries of one of the largest privately owned companies in the USA. My responsibilities include: -Conducting analysis and processing of financial data from various sources to identify trends and deviations (advanced Excel/Power Query) -Building reports and dashboards in based on audit tests and procedures to present audit results -Conducting audit tests in accordance with standards and procedures developed in collaboration with Grant Thornton branches -Continuous project development, implementation of new technical solutions, and contribution to process improvements -Ongoing cooperation with the client and the Grant Thornton team from across Europe to ensure efficient and accurate financial audits - Performing analysis of companies to gain in-depth insights into their operations during the course of audit procedures -Onboarding and coordination of new employees' work -Utilizing Power BI for data visualization
