The Malaysian SOCIAL Project | Sep 2021 - Nov 2021

Lead Consultant

Leading a team of five to optimize the UNICEF's digital fundraising model in eight weeks. Our consulting process involved: - Managed the project schedule with Gantt Chart. - Fortnightly meetings with client aiming to align the project scope, setting mutual expectations, and updating our progress. - Mapped a donor-journey of our client, before tailoring our solutions aimed to improve each part of them. - Formulated hypotheses with an issue tree for the problem faced by client, before narrowed them down after evaluating the validity and resolvability of each. - Performed NGO market landscape analysis. Reviewed marketing/ communication materials of various NGO towards donors and potential donors. - Analysed past year donation data to detect underlying donors patterns. - Conducted a public survey with 150 fill-ups to ascertain public's preference, by distributing it through various channels. - Created a mock website for our client to showcase the way they could improve user experience. - Presented our final slide deck and put together a guide of implementation.

The main role of our department is to manage the cost of medical claims,maintain a cordial relationships with healthcare,and more. Working with my colleagues, I have the privilege to: • Conduct cost-benefit analysis to weigh the pros and cons for AIA to partner with DoctorOnCall, in our goal to improve our telehealth services coverage. • Create a new dashboard to visualize and analyse data on telehealth services enjoyed by our Employee Benefits holders. • Perform a thorough analysis on the different healthcare providers in Malaysia and Asia.

Malaysian Students' Global Alliance (MSGA) | Oct 2020 - Sep 2021

Vice President of Corporate and External Relations

Representing 80k students worldwide, the alliance plays a pivotal role for the global Malaysian population: ranging from forming and supporting new Councils, advocate for Malaysians, provide a voice for the youth, and start organisations that all fall in line with our nation building agenda. In particular, as a leader, I had: - Manage a team of six. - Manage the relationships with 14 Student Councils worldwide that serve the interest of Malaysian students. Some of the big names include UKEC,NAMSA and MASCA. - Inducted two new Student Councils from China and Germany. - Maintained a cordial relationship with our current partners such as RHB, KPMG, Sunway, Luno and others. - Prepared a prospectus that includes our USP to be offered to new sponsors. - Secured a sponsorship from Luno valued at RM5000. - Managed to secure 200 free subscriptions as donations from DataCamp. - Persuaded most of our Student Councils to co-sign several joint statements concerning the Undi18 bill and the Anti-Asian hate movement.
