• Supply Optimization Project: Collaborate with the Ops and Product team to define the success metric of the foodmen slotting feature of the product and undertake various initiatives to increase the metric (Active slot hours ratio) from ~70% to ~84% which ensured foodmen reliability at a committed time ensuring efficiency. • Foodmen Tiering Project: Collaborate with the Product team to break down foodmen into various criteria (full-time, part-time, freelancers) based on their platform behavior to distinguish between superior and inferior foodmen. • North Star Metric: Collaborate with the Product team in identifying the component metrics that directly impact the north star metric of supply and restaurant. These component metrics help us to focus our strategy and initiatives to improve business. • Forward Dispatch Analysis: Analyze what portion of canceled orders can be catered by our existing foodmen through forward dispatching, a process where an order request will get assigned to a nearby foodmen who is 5 mins away from completing another order. • Featured Resto Analysis: Analyze whether the featured section of the app provides better sales for the restaurants when they are showcased. • Food Daily Quest: Execute the food daily quest and collaborate with the Product team to improve the quest panel for efficient execution of quests. Also created an SOP for the seamless execution of the quest. • KAM dashboard: In order to monitor any restaurant's performance, a dashboard containing all the primary performance metrics of the restaurants was created and provided to the KAM (Key Account Manager) team for their day-to-day followups. • Cancellation Analysis: This was my starter project where I learned all the different types of cancellations prevailing in the food vertical and which cancellation impacts the most and where we should focus on and improve.

Project Loginex: Managing the technical team in the development of the website, mobile app, and other solutions of "Loginex". Loginex is the leading logistech company that works as the logistic service aggregator of multiple renowned companies like Navana Pharmaceuticals, ifarmer, Shopoth, Paperfly, Dabur, Nerolac Paints etc. • Working with key stakeholders to define requirements and delivery milestones for new service. • Project planning and tracking and creating key milestones. • Delivering objectives to strict budgets, deadlines and service level agreement. • Conduct internal UAT on frequent intervals to ensure product fit.

Work as a data analyst of “Shopoth”, an e-commerce platform, by Agami Limited which is a sister concern of British American Tobacco, in the development of their entire reporting system. Some of the core job responsibilities include the following: • Introduce and set up a reporting tool to ensure a one-click download for all the essential business reports. • Develop reports from the database according to the business requirements and ensures automatic emailing of those reports to the respective stakeholders on a timely basis. • Develop mismatch alerts to ensure system and physical stock is always in check and in sync to ensure smooth operation of the business for the newly developed e-commerce system. • Coordinate with the technical team in fixing issues within the database or the system.

Data Analyst

As a data analyst, lead the analytics part of Sheba.xyz’s marketplace, customer experience, and marketing departments. The role requires analyzing historical data to find insights, using these insights to propose experiments that ensure business growth in tight collaboration with company OKR and strategy. Socialize the insights and proposed experiments, and work closely with the team to execute the experiments and study the impact of the experimental intervention on business outcomes. The followings are some of my significant projects and achievements: • Revamp new customer journey and amplify conversion ratio of customers from registration to first-order by 23% through the integration of in-house developed automation tools. (Project Magneto). • Determine the company’s top 20 services (out of 117+ services) and ensure their top-notch quality by meeting the company standard of customer satisfaction rating of 4.75. (Project T-20). • Enhance 7% Tele-marketing conversion and 5% SMS-marketing conversion through potential customer leads selected based on customer behavior, purchase pattern and also develop SMS-marketing tools to measure the efficacy and ROI. • Create reporting and monitoring Dashboards for stakeholders to monitor business’s performance in real-time enhancing workplace efficiency by almost 40% • Some notable projects are bypass reduction, activation of dormant customers, customer lifecycle management module establishment, developing net promoter score collection procedure, and market price survey. • Achieve Operational break-even for Sheba.xyz in Dec’20 despite the global unrest.
