I completed a 3yrs Ph.D. program funded by the Principal's Career Development Ph.D. Scholarship (12% success rate in my cohort). My Ph.D.'s core research area was individual differences. I looked at how intelligence and personality influence school engagement, educational attainment, and occupational outcomes. My research interests have driven me to contact researchers and lead research project across the world.

As part of the first research project, I did some research about how different governments have approached Primary and Secondary School teachers to learn about their working conditions and wellbeing. During the second project, I worked with statisticians at the Scottish Government and at the OECD, to analyze the 2018 PISA teacher questionnaire.
