AV Support Manager at the World Bank

Developed and led the AV Support Center for the Audio/Visual Department at the World Bank Group. Managed a team of administrative and logistical coordinators to provide technical support to customers and colleagues in the AV department. Led data analysis for various projects and systems to provide evidence-based recommendations to high-level clients. Projects included creating and updating quarterly and monthly reports and fielding hundreds of urgent, ad-hoc report requests over the years. Analysis was typically done with a combination of R, Excel, and SQL.

--Supervisor of Customer Service Center at the World Bank Group - February 2011 to September 2012 Provided supervision for a customer-facing help desk to ensure excellent customer service. Streamlined existing processes to promote maximum efficiency and created new processes for the help desk. Trained multiple new hires in event management software, and various other processes associated with the Event Coordinator position. --Event Coordinator - 2010 to 2011 Customer service duties included answering the main hotline and inbox for the in-house Food and Conferencing department. Booked meeting rooms through an event management system, scheduled A/V support, coordinated catering for functions, and coordinated billing for services. Received regional recognition from RA leadership as a “Hospitality Hero” in late 2011.
