Providing on-site and remote consultancy services to help businesses identify, evaluate, design plans and processes focused on growth by adopting business intelligence practices to increase efficiency, inform and assist in developing new products and services to drive/support such growth. Main responsibilities and results: • Develop APIs and Data Pipelines to integrate PMS and booking platforms to enable and launch a new online holiday accommodation business model, offering the users/guests the possibility to obtain real time availability, look and book the actual apartment for their stay. • Deployed data-driven approaches and analytics reports/dashboards (Power Bi & Tableau) to assist Accommodation providers identify and Implement practices, policies, and growth strategies, in special for the Commonwealth Games 2018, increasing the number of holiday units managed by more than 200% in the first 6 months. • Extraction and Use of Data from different sources (including main booking platforms) to assist business to adapt to the changes and have processes in place to quickly react to the easing or hardening of travel restrictions, enabling such businesses to remain profitable, either by tapping into new domestic markets or by complete operational turn-around.
