Product Manager: -Work with stakeholders and tech to gather project requirements and create features that provide immediate value and that can be quickly iterated against as we receive user feedback. -Create stories and manage the backlog priority for one or more dev teams. -Work with QA and dev leads to review scope and refine work for each sprint. -Coordinate priority of dev work with tech leadership and stakeholders. -For long-term projects, create a roadmap and outline of expected delivery milestones for tech leadership and stakeholders to track against. -Work with QA and dev leads to create release + testing plans for each feature. -Engage in user acceptance testing and enable user beta testing (for internal and external users). -Manage a feature until it has passed testing at the production level. -Provide weekly dev team updates to tech leadership. Release Manager: -Work with QA Manager to own the release process and deployment checklist. -Manage a coordinated release plan across all dev teams, all testing/prod environments, and all tech products. -Enable a clean path to production for the release of high priority projects. -Coordinate internal and external communication prior to releases. -Coordinate release deployment scheduling. -Record release history and update tech leadership weekly.
