Reinforcement Learning Engineer

• Implemented advanced Reinforcement Learning algorithms such as DDPG, PPO, TRPO, SAC, and TD3 to analyze training behaviors, convergence patterns, and performance metrics. • Replaced classical MATLAB algorithms of Obstacle Avoidance and Path Planning (i.e RRT and PRM) with RL-based algorithms using Simulink, achieving successful deployment in both 2D and 3D environments through curriculum learning for improved training efficiency. • Developed multi-agent RL systems using DDPG for collaborative multi-UAV scenarios, employing decentralized techniques to enable efficient coordination and task execution. • Simulated RL-driven UAV drones in Gazebo, leveraging ROS (Robot Operating System) for realistic environment testing and validation. • Applied clustering techniques during data preprocessing to optimize training efficiency and accelerate convergence of RL models. • Conducted extensive research on the integration of RL agents into control systems, contributing to the advancement of autonomous systems and intelligent controllers.

These activities encompassed activities like data cleansing, redundancy elimination, the addition of new tables, features, and metrics, all aimed at preparing the data for integration into Power BI for the creation of diverse reports and extract insights from these reports for business decision making.
