Internet Technology Specialist

As an Internet Technology Specialist, I coordinate technical activities and facilitate communication between teams and departments to ensure efficient information flow and timely problem resolution. Promoted from Junior Internet Technology Specialist to Internet Technology Specialist in April 2024, I now take on more responsibility in analyzing data from clients' advertising campaigns, creating detailed reports, and identifying trends to support decision-making and optimize campaign performance. I develop Python scripts to automate tasks, process data, and integrate different systems, improving workflows and reducing manual work. Additionally, I use SQL to write and optimize queries for retrieving, processing, and analyzing large datasets, enabling efficient data extraction and reporting. My strong analytical thinking helps me solve complex technical problems, identify their root causes, and propose effective solutions. In my role, I also provide second-line technical support, diagnosing and resolving advanced technical issues while working to improve tools and workflows for greater efficiency.
