Clinical Quality Management Data Analyst

Provide data analytic support for the Miami-Dade Ryan White Program (RWP provides a comprehensive system of HIV primary medical care, support services, and medications for low-income people with HIV), by analyzing data from a Relational Database Management System with over 8,000 clients with the use of SQL, SPSS, and Excel. Provide Key Performance Indicators (KPI) such as clients in medical care, clients retained in medical care, viral load suppression, and others to healthcare organizations (HCOs), that utilize the RWP. Develop graphs that indicate trends in KPI per HCO (21 total). Based on my data, BSR staff develops personalized action plans for each HCO to increase performance. Create various visually appealing reports that display which key populations require the most attention for medical needs, what risk factors are most associated with RWP clients, the zip codes in which most clients are in, and other needs for HIV clients. These reports are sent to the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) for proper budget allocation per service categories for each city eligible for the RWP. Develop insightful cross tables, graphs, and charts to include in our grant proposal to the government to receive RWP funding for the fiscal year. In addition, I describe my data in full detail to elaborate on areas of need, budget allotment, and sub-populations of high priority.
