- Migration of Digital Plant Maturity Models (DPMMs): Twelve DPMMs, tools for assessing the digital level in pharmaceutical plants, were migrated from Excel to Smartsheet. This involved normalization of data across sheets to optimize functions in the Matrix Digital Scores. Dashboards were created for each department and a master dashboard compiled all DPMMs, aiding in identifying areas needing digitalization and prioritizing tech investments. - Standard Work Documentation for Report Generation: A comprehensive guide was developed for generating reports in SAP, SAP Business Objects, Spotfire, and Batch Trace Reporting Systems. This documentation, detailing access procedures and report generation, alleviated the workload of the sole Subject Matter Expert, improving efficiency and reducing client wait times for reports. - Created eight forms in Smartsheet to standardize the patching process of PI Data Historian servers at Amgen Manufacturing Limited. These forms, along with a dashboard providing access and visualization of patching activities, enhanced the standardization and monitoring of patching practices. - Batch Evolution Models Update and Configuration: Existing models for drug substance manufacturing processes were updated and enhanced in SIMCA, a multivariate data analysis tool. - Forecasting Integration in SIMCA: Python scripts were integrated into the Repatha Cell Culture Model in SIMCA for real-time forecasting, optimizing the model's accuracy and prediction frequency. - New Models for Bema's Purification Process: New SIMCA models were created for Bema's purification processes, involving data extraction, cleansing, and model creation based on defined process maps and automation tags. - A Real-Time Inventory Visualization in Tableau was created to monitor the inventory of reserve samples, involving data extraction from SAP and calculating space occupancy in storage areas. This enhanced the ability to track and manage inventory efficiently.
