- Management of an early recovery project after Tropical Storm Washi funded by ECHO (drilling of two deep wells for urban supply, hand pumps and rain water harvesting systems, waste management, water trucking, WASH committees in schools and communities, construction and cleaning of canals through CfW...) mostly through direct implementation. - Bidding process (deep wells). - Collaboration in the elaboration and implementation of the Philippine Red Cross Cash for Work strategy. - SRC representation in Mindanao with donors, partners and authorities. - Assessment and response after Typhoon Bopha in 2012.
