Assistant Adminstration Executive

• Spearheaded service scheduling and budget control improvements across business lines, enhancing operational visibility and planning in 2020 and 2022. • Successfully implemented SAP-based budget tracking in 2022, replacing manual processes. • Deeply involved and collaborated with other teams across function in preparing for ServiceMax Go-Live, including key activities such as data cleansing, UAT coordination, enhancements, and end-user training. • Led the Go-Live and implementation of ServicMax as a new service tool management solution within the TEC service team in September 2023, driving improved scheduling efficiency and strong end-user adoption. • Proposed and championed improvements in Lean Workshops for scheduling and part requests, aligned with post-Servicemax Go Live strategy. • Oversaw utilization of operational budgets, track service team KPIs, and build real-time dashboards and reports for service team and sales performance using ServiceMax and Salesforce CPQ. • Act as one of the contacts for Salesforce CPQ enhancements to improve system usability and support sales operations. • Manage product data in PIM, ensuring alignment and data availability across Salesforce CPQ and SAP to support presales and sales operations. • Maintain material master data across systems to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with commercial requirements. • Collaborate with sales, service team, digital business team, and other functional teams such as IT and Material Management team, to resolve operational and system-related issues in CPQ, PIM, and ServiceMax.
