Currently working as a SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) functional consultant with the following responsibilities: o Configuring, changing and enhancing custom SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions for a major Aerospace & Defence Client, improving their digital thread o Testing the solutions by creating and executing test scripts by utilising the Jira software o Presenting the new SAP S/4HANA enhancements to the Business (via demo's), ensuring business requirements have been met o Liaising with the development team via daily stand-up meetings, adhering to the Agile Framework o Coordinating, compiling and distributing a monthly internal SAP newsletter to the entire SAP DU Certified in: o SAP S/4HANA Asset Management o SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing o PSM I (Scrum.org) o Microsoft Azure Fundamentals

o Carried out Low-stock Investigations of over 500 products located on the shop floor and the shop warehouse o Investigated any missing products on the shelves; communicated with various departmental managers and colleagues where I informed them of the missing stock and then I modified the stock count on the internal Tesco database where required o Ensured that the best-selling items had more than a 98% availability rate, which aligned with the store’s target o Demonstrated great customer service skills by advising customers with their needs which increased customer satisfaction
