Eurail | Aug 2022 - Present

UX/UI Designer

•Conduct UX research to provide UX solutions (Web & App) •Redesign the internal seat reservation management system for our huge technical agents and customer service team (117 users) in Eurail •Created huge improvements for usability and user interface design for seat reservation timetable on both Web and App versions. •Creating wireframing, high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma •Conduct data-driven user research, including user interviews, user reviews, Hotjar heatmaps, Google Analytics, and data reports by the BI team, to conduct in-depth user research and gather valuable insights for informed design decision-making •Collaborate closely with researchers to plan and conduct user interviews and testing sessions, ensuring the inclusion of hypothesis-driven experiments and realistic scenarios to validate design assumptions and enhance user experience •Collaborate closely with front-end and back-end developers to achieve the best user experience by exploring possibilities together •Collaborate with the design team to establish a comprehensive design library, design system, and guidelines that ensure consistent and cohesive user experiences
