Client – East Coast Community Healthcare (2012 – 2016) Projects and Deliverables: o Remotely delivered the clients monthly BI requirements through an agreed 10-day schedule o Project Lead for enabling the organisation to submit patient data to nationally defined specifications o Redesigned and interrogated a performance reporting pack consisting of a schedule of 80+ KPIs o Constructed an auditable data warehouse in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 to handle a multitude of data sources. This provided the organisation with a robust platform from which it could explore the opportunities to produce business intelligence whilst also meeting contractual commitments o Mapped the schematics for a multi-dimensional model to enable cross service performance monitoring o Designed and implemented an information flow to establish an auditable out of area financial model, which enabled the organisation to recuperate a significant amount of otherwise lost income o Centralised the businesses financial data stored within an Integra Financial System by exploiting additional layers of functionality and interoperability that the data warehouse provided o Implemented a reporting solution that met the requirements of the Clinical Governance & Quality Team

Client - Braintree Community Hospital (2012 - 2014) Projects and Deliverables: o Provided a comprehensive monthly informatics service schedule which centralised the existing IM&T function, saving the client £70k + annually o Constructed an accessible and auditable data warehouse to handle the multitude of data sources. This provided the organisation with a robust platform from which it could explore the opportunities to monitor performance and contractual commitments o Implemented a structured data flow which manipulated raw data extracts from there EPRS (SystmOne) and transformed them into nationally compliant uploads for Inpatient and Outpatient activities o Designed and deployed a report process for monitoring of patients to ascertain exactly where on their pathway they are, this enabled input from lower level management and contributed to improving waiting times, reducing the risk of penalty and improving patient satisfaction o Provided an on-call system for critical system support and development
