Scientific Researcher - Co-author of Scientific Journal

Journal: Customer experience discovery model based on sentiment analysis and machine learning method We collected over 935,000 lines of data from user comments on four popular e-commerce apps. After pre-processing the data, we built a sentiment classification model using four machine learning methods: Naive Bayes, SVM, Random Forest, and Logistic Regression. The experiment accurately categorized positive and negative views with 91% accuracy. Based on our findings, we analyzed market trends, explored customers’ interests to develop effective product and service development strategies. My Primary responsibilities: - Conduct studies related to surveys; - Analyze and synthesize knowledge to propose research methods and models; - Discuss insights from charts and propose suggestions based on the results.
