Title: Study of ZEB2 controlling cellular plasticity in P53 deficient skin squamous cell carcinoma. I performed multiple biotechnological techniques such as proliferation and migration assays, qPCR, Western blot, multicolour flow cytometry and FACS. In addition, I assisted in experiments with mouse laboratory animals.
