As a part of Retail collection strategic unit, responsible for: • Building statistical models to provide data-driven solution that support stakeholders’ decisions • Creating ad hoc reports and dashboards and communicate the results with top management. • Applying behavioral scoring techniques to adhere the collection process to IFRS9 model, in order to decrease provisions • Applying ranking techniques to measure collectors, teams and agencies performance in order to give recommendations to the management. • Automating existing reports and dashboards to optimize the process, save the time and decrease the human error. • Applying descriptive analytics and statistics to make collection teams’ targets more data oriented.
