Machine Learning Engineer

• Led the development and deployment of the internal AI platform featuring three main solutions. • Engineered a RAG chat application on Microsoft Azure by integrating interface design, user authentication, file processing, secure storage, and efficient retrieval across 12,000+ internal documents. • Designed and implemented a robust file sanitization pipeline to automatically remove confidential information before ingestion into the RAG system, ensuring data compliance and security. • Designed an Agentic AI Research tool that synthesizes content from 150+ high‑quality sources to rapidly generate comprehensive business reports, increasing research productivity by 20%. • Created an AI‑powered Executive Profiling tool that automated data collection and reduced profile compilation time by 85%. • Optimized agents implementations by converting full‑agent processes into streamlined agentic workflows, thereby reducing unnecessary LLM calls and improving execution speed. • Implemented state‑of‑the‑art Agentic AI design patterns—including prompt chaining, routing, orchestrator‑worker, parallelization, vot‑ ing, and reflection, utilizing structured outputs to ensure consistent data formats,—to enhance system performance and scalability and prompt caching for cost efficiency, using LangGraph as the core agentic framework. • Built a custom, scalable load balancing module to resolve TPM issues with LLM endpoints (o3‑mini, Claude 3.7, Gemini Flash 2.0), ensuring system reliability and responsiveness. • Refactored the backend code to an MCP‑inspired architecture for future scalability and maintainability. • Spearheaded an AI strategy initiative involving senior leadership, resulting in 3 innovative AI‑driven products and 3 internal efficiency tools.
