Change Delivery (10.2021 – 05.2023) • Created Business Request Documents and Functional Request Documents for Product Control global financial reporting consolidation with integration of advanced reporting software including Qlik, Answer Rocket and proprietary internal tools. • Organized and managed large sets of data utilizing Excel for performance tracking and auditing to ensure service level agreements were achieved. • Reconciliation of data quality across multiple systems utilizing MySQL and Excel to identify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy of reporting. • Worked with Agile project management framework including raising and monitoring JIRA tickets and establishing documentation in Confluence.
