Hi, I am Basama John. I'm a Statistics graduate and a Data Analyst myself. I have deep passion for data and how it shapes decisions. My journey started during my undergraduate years when I completed my SIWES training at the National Bureau of Statistics Headquarters. That experience opened my eyes to the real world of data. I worked as a field enumerator and supported data entry work, analysis tasks and the release of official reports. It taught me how numbers move from simple records to meaningful insights. After graduation, I served with the National Population Commission Headquarters for my National Youth Service. This was where I gained hands-on exposure to demographic and population studies. I worked with real population data and learned how to interpret information that affects planning and development. I have continued to grow in the data space. I completed a Data Literacy program with UNICEF and DataCamp, and I am currently studying advanced Data Analytics with TerraSkills. My goal is to keep building skills that link data, insight and innovation. I am passionate about using data to solve real problems. I enjoy learning, improving and working with tools that make analysis easier and more meaningful. I look forward to opportunities where I can contribute, grow and be part of something impactful in the world of Data Analytics and AI.
