Head of Ageras Advisory DK & KPI Lead

At Ageras, I led operations for the Danish market and was the primary architect of the company’s KPI structure across 6 countries (DK, NO, SE, NL, DE & US). I built BI dashboards in SQL and Snowflake, and helped transform sales and client performance data into decision-ready insight.
