Welcome to Observability in Google Cloud, the second part of a two-part course series. It is suggested that you complete part 1, Logging and Monitoring in Google Cloud, prior to taking this course.

In this module, we will take some time to examine the art of configuring Google Cloud services for observability.

In this module, let’s spend some time analyzing Google’s Virtual Private Cloud.

When deploying applications to Google Cloud, the Application Performance Management products (Cloud Trace and Cloud Profiler) provide insight into how your code and services are functioning. The tools also help troubleshoot when needed.

In our final module we discuss optimizing the costs for Google Cloud Observability.
