He has conducted thousands of surveys and utilized data science to help companies understand what their customers want and define a strategy to help them. Previously, David led the data and insights teams at Harrods, MasterClass, EMI Music and BBC Worldwide. He is the author of the PROMPT series of books on using language models to work better, quicker and happier.
