In this session, Miro Kazakoff, a Senior Lecturer at MIT Sloan and the author of Persuading with Data, and David Boyle, the Director at Audience Strategies and author of the PROMPT series of books, teach you how to communicate more effectively with data. You'll learn how to research your audience's needs, how to craft a communication strategy, and how to persuade your audience using data - even when they disagree with you.
Presenter Bio
Miro teaches MBA students and executives how to communicate and persuade with data. He was voted MIT Teacher of the Year, and was twice selected for the Teaching with Digital Technology Fellowship. Miro is the author of 'Persuading with Data', and he previously founded the edtech platform Testive, and was the host of The MBA Show YuTube series.
David advises artists and brands on how to connect with their audience. He has conducted thousands of surveys and utilized data science to help companies understand what their customers want and define a strategy to help them. Previously, David led the data and insights teams at Harrods, MasterClass, EMI Music and BBC Worldwide. He is the author of the PROMPT series of books on using language models to work better, quicker and happier.
