He has been working with transformer models since 2018, and his team has developed Replit ModelFarm for creating generative AI applications, and the Replit Code Repair 7B LLM for fixing broken code. Michele also works as an AI advisor at Coatue. He was previously an AI advisor to Bessemer Venture Partners, the Head of Applied Research at Google, the Head of Applied Research at X, and a research scientist in AI at Stanford University.
