コース説明

線形回帰は統計の強力な道具ですが、ある種の複雑なデータには対応できません。Generalized Linear Model (GLM) は、二項データやカウントデータなどの非正規分布を含められるように、線形回帰を拡張した手法です。本コースを通じて、R で GLM を使いこなすためのデータサイエンスのツールキットを広げていきます。GLM の学習の一環として、二項データに対するロジスティック回帰、カウントデータに対するポアソン回帰のあてはめ方を学びます。さらに、結果の解釈方法と、ggplot2 を使った可視化方法も身につけます。
