コース説明

これまでに、統計的推測と線形モデルの基礎を学びました。次のステップは、それらを組み合わせて活用することです。本コースでは、異なるサンプルが異なる線形モデルを生み出しうることを踏まえ、背後にある母集団モデルを理解することを目標に学びます。推定された線形モデルから、効果量の区間推定の作り方や、その効果が統計的に有意かどうかの判断方法を学びます。応答変数の予測区間と、平均応答の推定を対比して扱います。コース全体を通じて、dplyr と ggplot2 パッケージの練習を重ね、モデルを整形するための broom パッケージについても学びます。これら3つのパッケージはいずれもデータサイエンスに不可欠です。
