Damian manages a team of data scientists and engineers that is building an AI capability centered around governance, risk, and model security. He has 15 years experience as a technology executive, with a focus on cybersecurity use cases for data science, machine learning, and AI. Previously, he was Principal Data Scientist and Team Lead at SAS, and Chief Data Officer at WedPics.
Ita runs training and talent development across the full employee lifecycle, with a focus on using AI to improve the employee experience. She is an expert in running training programs via live events and e-learning. Previously, Ita was a Digital Learning Developer at supply chain platform RELEX Solutions, and an HR Development Specialist at Lindström.
Thomas is a seasoned data executive with 30 year of experience transforming organizations with technology, data and AI. As COO, Thomas enables rapid commercialization of TS Imagine's real-time trading platform. As CDAO, Thomas leads a department of 50 data scientists and AI engineers, covering everything from data governance to model development. Previously, he was CDAO at management consultancy Element 22, and Chief Knowledge Officer at technology consultancy FOXEYE.
