As Principal at Velera, she leads cross-functional initiatives that blend data architecture, user experience, and business intelligence, and champions enterprise data-driven culture. Her career spans roles in program management, agile coaching, and product ownership, underpinned by certifications in PMP, CSM, CSPO, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Jason has two decades of experience as a data engineering leader. He runs the department that oversees platform engineering, data acquisition, enrichment, and sharing across Canada’s largest integrated health system. He has led the design and delivery of AI-powered tools like the AHS Digital Scribe—built on a secure Snowflake-based infrastructure—to streamline clinical documentation and improve emergency department efficiency.

Mark is responsible for driving enterprise-wide data and AI fluency, promoting a culture of experimentation, rapid learning, and data-driven decision-making across The Friedkin Group. He transitioned into data literacy after several decades as a marketing executive at big tech and SaaS startups.
