From Using to Building Plugins
Meeting a Plugin
The learner can say what a plugin bundles and how that differs from a single skill, install one from Anthropic's set in the built-in directory, run a real recurring job with it, and explain why that job called for a plugin rather than a skill.
Working with External Plugins
The learner knows where plugins come from once Anthropic's set runs out: the Partners tab, marketplaces added as a source, and files a colleague sends. They can check such a plugin before installing it, and change one of its skills so the output matches how their own team works.
Building and Sharing Your Own Plugin
The learner can write a short brief for a recurring job, build the plugin from it by describing it to Claude, tune each skill against real output, and hand the finished zip file to a colleague with the vetting questions already answered. They also know the two routes beyond a file: an admin making the plugin available across a Team or Enterprise organization, and version control for a plugin that keeps changing.
