From Using to Building Plugins
Meeting a Plugin
You will learn what a plugin bundles and how that differs from a single skill, then install one from Anthropic's set in Claude's built-in directory and run a real recurring job with it. You will also see why installing a plugin does not connect its tools, and what it takes to get a connector turned on for your account.
Working with External Plugins
You will learn where plugins come from once Anthropic's set runs out, the Partners tab, marketplaces you add yourself, and files colleagues send you, and how to check one before you install it. You will then change an installed plugin's skill so its output matches the way your own team works.
Building and Sharing Your Own Plugin
You will learn to plan a plugin as a short brief, build it by describing that brief to Claude, and tune each skill against real output until it fits your work. You will also hand the finished file to a colleague with the trust questions already answered, and know the two routes a plugin takes beyond a file.
