Her work covers the new skills, tools, and ways of working that data engineering teams need as AI takes on more of the pipeline.

Lauren is Director of Product Marketing for Data Engineering at Snowflake, where she leads go-to-market efforts for data engineering products. Before joining Snowflake, she worked in marketing roles at Microsoft and Google. She specializes in bringing new data and cloud products to market and helping customers understand the tools that power modern data engineering.

Bilal leads product management for data engineering at Databricks, with a focus on the Lakehouse platform. He is known for his work on data pipelines and agentic data engineering. Before Databricks, he founded a startup that was acquired by DocuSign and worked as a product manager at Microsoft Azure.
