Why this matters

AI has transformed software development. Tools like Copilot and Cursor have reshaped how engineers work, and many of the hardest coding challenges now have AI-powered solutions. But law is different: it is built on nuance, precedent, and professional accountability. That is what makes it the next great frontier for AI. The opportunities are enormous, and so is the need to get it right.

In this panel interview webinar, Brad Harrison (General Counsel at Customer.io), David LeRay (President at Epoch Law), Nader Karayanni (CEO at NewCase.ai), and Julie Honor (Counsel at Thompson Hine) will explore how AI is being applied across legal work today, from drafting and research to litigation intelligence. They will discuss how legal teams can maintain legal-grade quality control over AI output, and how the rise of AI is changing what it means to be a lawyer, including what it means to be an "AI-native" attorney.
