Description

There are so many data tools available now. This is mostly brilliant, but to work with your data, you have to find which tool it lives in and deal with the user interface for that tool. Having to learn to use many tools is time-consuming and frustrating. Enter the data fabric: the idea is that you have a single, unified interface for working with data to make your life easier. Microsoft Fabric is Microsoft's data fabric platform, unifying Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Power BI. It's one of the hottest new data platforms around.

In this session, two Microsoft experts - Shannon Lindsay, Senior Program Manager for Power BI, and Angie Rudduck, a Senior Content Developer for Data & AI - teach you how to get started with Microsoft Fabric. You'll learn about common use cases, how to build Fabric into your data workflows, and get tips on how to be productive with Fabric.
