Robb Wilson is a pioneer in UX and AI who has led innovation initiatives for Apple, Microsoft, and Adobe. He’s the CEO and Co-Founder of OneReach.ai, the award-winning AI agent orchestration platform featured in 40+ Gartner reports in 2025. Previously, he founded a UX consultancy that rivaled IDEO and Frog, later acquired by Ogilvy. His bestselling book Age of Invisible Machines (expanded edition) is praised by CTOs at Google, AWS, and Meta as “prophetic” and “essential reading.” A contributor to Harvard Business Review, he recently headlined Celonis’ global flagship event at the World Trade Center.

Louisa has over two decades of experience advising executives through strategic transitions and leading transformative growth across some of the world’s most respected companies. As Director of Strategic Business Transformation at Google, she launched a billion-dollar supply chain solutions business. As a VP at Maersk, Louisa helped pivot the company from traditional shipping to integrated logistics. Louisa also serves on the boards of Copenhagen Business School and CataCap Private Equity. She is the author of Leadership Anatomy in Motion.

Evan oversees global innovation strategy at logistics software provider AMCS Group. He has over two decades of experience as a technology executive. Evan is also an Adjunct Computer Science Professor at Jacksonville University, and runs a business modernization consultancy. He is the author of the bestselling "People, Places, and Things: A Framework for a Pain-Free ERP Implementation".
