She has over 20 years of experience in learning and development, working across international banking, consulting, and marketing. Lori helps enterprise organizations use data and AI to transform how people learn at work. She advises Fortune 500 Chief Learning Officers and EdTech companies. She wrote two LinkedIn Learning courses with nearly 100,000 completions and is the author of "The Eight Levers of EdTech Transformation."

Makai Ruffin is an Assistant Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology at San Jose State University. She leads the Motivation in Context laboratory, which studies how people stay motivated at work. Her research focuses on how personal traits and work environments shape motivation, especially during learning and technology change. She has applied experience in nonprofits, universities, and businesses, working on training and performance management. Makai earned her PhD in I-O Psychology from Rice University.

Kim Arellano is the CEO of Workforce Evolution. She holds a doctorate in Organizational Systems Transformation and Leadership, along with credentials including an MS, SHRM-CP, and PHR.
