DataCamp is proud to announce a new partnership with the Mark Cuban Foundation (MCF) AI Bootcamps to accelerate data and AI literacy for high-school educators and students across the United States. What the partnership includes

To support MCF’s 2025 program cycle, DataCamp is providing two dedicated DataCamp Classrooms—powered by the DataCamp Classrooms program—tailored to the distinct needs of educators and students:

  • Teachers & Fellows: Full access for participants in the Teacher Fellowship and Teacher Bootcamp programs to build data and AI literacy and bring practical tools back to their classrooms.
  • Students: A second classroom serving 700 student participants across all AI Bootcamps, with the same comprehensive, hands-on learning environment.

Why this matters

This collaboration advances educational equity and workforce readiness, showing how mission-driven nonprofits and technology partners can expand opportunity for underserved communities as data and AI skills become essential across industries.

“Together with the Mark Cuban Foundation, we are closing the data and AI literacy gap and empowering a new generation of talent. This partnership provides the critical skills and resources to unlock the potential of students and educators in the age of AI.”

— Martijn Theuwissen, Co-founder & COO, DataCamp

About the MCF AI Bootcamps

The Mark Cuban Foundation’s AI Bootcamps are no-cost, beginner-friendly programs for U.S. high-school teachers and students. Participants get hands-on experience with modern AI tools and complete a capstone in career-aligned tracks such as healthcare, arts & entertainment, business & entrepreneurship, computer science, sports science, and education/career readiness. Educators also have the opportunity to deepen their AI literacy and become mentors through the MCF Bootcamp and Fellowships, helping them bring AI concepts into their own classrooms.

About DataCamp Classrooms

DataCamp Classrooms gives teachers and students free access to interactive, learn-by-doing data and AI education. In minutes, teachers can set up a Classroom, assign courses, and track progress with built-in analytics. Students learn directly in the browser with real datasets, instant feedback, and project work that builds confidence and portfolios.

For MCF, DataCamp Classrooms also enables advanced reporting tools and custom learning tracks that blend bootcamp content with DataCamp’s extensive library—ensuring alignment with program goals and measurable outcomes across cohorts.
