He has delivered thousands of visual analytics workshops for clients including ADP, Deloitte, Gallup, ExxonMobil, Stanford University, The Economist, and many others, known for his clarity, patience, and humor. Previously, Steve served as Director of Research and Emerging Technologies at The eLearning Guild and led research systems at i4cp, where he pioneered interactive dashboarding and survey analytics infrastructures.
