1) If you’re looking to start or further your data careers

If you've just started your job hunt, or you're looking to take your career to the next level, we’ve got you covered. Session topics will include how to start a career in data, acing your data science resume and creating an awesome portfolio. You will also get the chance to ask and have questions answered on how to land a job and whether certification is worth it. 

2) If you’re looking to build your data team

As a recruiter, your stream will cover the whole hiring process and more. Speakers will discuss how to hire and retain data talent, including how to improve your branding, build and scale remote teams, scale data talent flows, as well as insider knowledge on the future of data careers. 

Who will be there

We are delighted to be hosting some of the brightest and most influential leaders in data. Here’s a sneak peak at the speakers that will be joining us. 

For stream 1, our speaker lineup will help you excel in your data career. We have Sadie St Lawrence, Founder & CEO of Women in Data, speaking on how to launch your career. Jay Feng, Co-Founder of Interview Query, gives tips on acing a data science interview. You will even have a chance to ask DataCamp’s hiring team your burning questions. Jennier Bricker and Jorge Vasquez, Head of Career Services and Director of Analytics respectively, will advise on nailing your resume and how to land your dream data job. 

For stream 2, the lineup will help you through the process from attracting talent to scaling your dream team. Advising you on how to hire and retain Data Talent is Meenal Iyer, Senior Director of Enterprise Analytics and Data. To help solve your employer branding problems is Andreea Gavriliuc, Portfolio Manager at Microsoft. Chief Data Officer at Capital one, Dan Kellet, will provide insider knowledge on how to hire and build high-impact data teams, while Mariano Allegra, SVP at Lawrence Harvey, focuses on building and scaling remote teams.
