What is it? 

Our XP Learner challenge will offer you a chance to win daily cash rewards based on the daily XP you gain from 15th until 31st August. All you need to do is register for a DataCamp account or log in to your existing one and bring your winning spirit to collect as much daily XP as you can during this period. 

What is XP?

XP stands for Experience Points - you can earn XP in different ways, such as: completing tracks, courses, projects, and much more. 

So the more you use DataCamp to hone your data skills, the more XP you earn, and the higher your chance of winning the challenge!

How it works 

How do I sign up for the XP Learner Challenge?

It takes only two steps to register for the XP Learner Challenge: The first thing you need to do is to log in or sign up to DataCamp. Secondly, you must ensure that you opt into DataCamp's promotional activity.

Daily vs Ultimate Winners

There will be two types of winners: Daily and Ultimate winners. 

Daily winners will be awarded daily from 15th to 31st August for learners who earned the highest XP on a given day. These daily winners will be awarded a $500 cash prize, and we will contact winners via their registered email.  

You are only allowed to win the $500 daily cash prize once. But don't worry, as you are still eligible to win the Ultimate Winner award of $1000. This ultimate prize will be awarded to the learner with the highest single-day XP for the entire period of 15th to 31st August. 

Who can join?

The XP Learner Challenge is open to all DataCamp Learners. Both new and existing learners can benefit from participating in this challenge.

Why should new learners participate?

If you are just starting with DataCamp, this is a rewarding opportunity to start learning and collecting XP simultaneously. You can do this by enrolling in a course or track and developing your data science skills. What better way to start your data science journey than with a prize of up to $1500?!

Why should existing learners participate?

As for our existing learners, now might be the time to knuckle down and hone your existing skills. Whether you want to master a topic you’ve been working on or start a new challenge, the chance to win $1500 can bring fresh motivation. 

This challenge is an excellent chance for you to build a habit of practicing your coding skills while earning XP. We have over 88 projects that are great for honing your skills and bulking out your XP in one go! For example, you can earn 1,500 XP just by completing our Games of Thrones Project. 

How can you earn XP? 

Explore new courses

One of the best ways of earning XP is to explore new courses. There are currently 387 courses with different levels, topics, and technologies. On average, you can collect 3,000 to 5,000 XP just by finishing a 4-hour course!
