Our Support team takes pride in our exceptional customer satisfaction rates of 94% for businesses and 92% for individuals in Q1 2020.

Q1 2020 customer satisfaction ratings

From January 1 to March 31, 2020, our Support team received 1,829 completed customer satisfaction surveys with a 15% response rate.

Our business customer satisfaction rating came in at 94% and our individual customer satisfaction rating came in at 92%, with a combined rating of 91% from our customers and unsubscribed users.
