En tant que data scientist, vous travaillerez souvent avec des données non numériques, comme des intitulés de poste, des réponses à des enquêtes ou des informations démographiques. R dispose d’une représentation dédiée, appelée facteurs, et ce cours vous aidera à les maîtriser avec le package du tidyverse forcats. Nous utiliserons aussi d’autres packages du tidyverse, notamment ggplot2, dplyr, stringr et tidyr, ainsi que des jeux de données réels, comme le jeu de données de vols de fivethirtyeight et l’enquête « State of Data Science and ML » de Kaggle. À l’issue de ce cours, vous saurez identifier et manipuler des variables factorielles, visualiser vos données rapidement et efficacement, et communiquer vos résultats de manière convaincante. Creating Factor Variables
